We act solely as a marketplace intermediary connecting owners and renters. We do not provide delivery, insurance, or custodial services for items; owners and renters are responsible for the custody and condition of items.

• Profile and listing information (photos, item descriptions, pricing, availability).
• Booking and transaction data (dates, amounts, communication messages).
• Identity documents if you choose to verify (government ID, Identity Card — handled per applicable law).
• Device & usage data (IP, device model, app logs).

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, verify identity for fraud prevention, and communicate with users. We may also use data for analytics and legal compliance.

Sharing

We share information with other users for bookings, and with trusted service providers (identity verification vendors). We do not sell personal data.

Identity Verification

If you provide Identity Card or related any data, we will process it only as permitted by law and only through authorized channels, with your explicit consent. You may request deletion of Identity Verification artifacts after required retention periods, subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, but no internet system is 100% secure. We will notify users per applicable law if a breach occurs.
