Welcome to our peer-to-peer rental platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

The platform allows users to list items for rent (“Owners”) and rent items (“Renters”). We provide only a digital marketplace and do not own, inspect, store, deliver, insure, or guarantee any item listed by users.

2. User Responsibilities

Owners must provide accurate descriptions, truthful information, and clear terms for each listing. Renters must inspect items before use, return them in the same condition, and follow all safety instructions provided by the Owner.

3. Deposits & Disputes

Owners may require a security deposit. We may facilitate but do not guarantee refunds, recovery of damages, or the outcome of any dispute between users.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may upload listings, images, item descriptions, chat messages, and other content. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a limited license to display, store, and use the content for the operation of the platform.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

To comply with App Store policies and ensure user safety, we strictly prohibit the following:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent, misleading, or fake listings
• Illegal, stolen, or dangerous items
• Violent, graphic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or fake accounts
• Uploading someone else’s photos or content without permission

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of content or permanent account suspension.

6. Content Moderation & User Reporting

Our app includes tools that allow users to report:

• Inappropriate or abusive chat messages
• Misleading, unsafe, or fraudulent item listings
• Inaccurate reviews or suspicious activity
• Violations of our Terms or Community Guidelines

Reported content will be reviewed, and we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

7. Moderation Actions

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or edit user-generated content
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily restrict accounts
• Terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement

8. Safety & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Sharing harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempting to defraud other users
• Listing unsafe, illegal, or unverified items
• Bypassing safety checks or verification processes

9. Liability

We act solely as an intermediary between Owners and Renters. We are not liable for loss, theft, damages, or injuries resulting from an item listed on the platform, except where required by law.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate a user’s account for:

• Violations of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent or harmful behavior toward other users
• Repeated posting of objectionable content
• Any activity that compromises platform safety

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be handled according to local laws.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By continuing to use the app or logging in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.
